Centered around colourful vegetarian dishes celebrating nature and healing food, Paloma’s kitchen creates health conscious dining menus for holistic workshops and retreats with the intention of nourishing body mind and spirit.
Paloma’s Kitchen has lovingly created menus in synthesis with holistically minded practitioners to create experiences such as conscious movement and dance, ice bath, camping retreats and yoga events with the intention of bringing in food as medicine and the ground for bringing people together.
The intention is to gather community while heightening food body awareness and celebrating the senses with healing food and environments. Nourishing meals cooked with intention, honouring cycles of nature and needs of the body.
Paloma's holistic practice with food is one that looks at the struggles of balanced eating by immersing in the creative process of cooking and that of consciously eating, to be present in order to create intentional, healing food.
Having roots in Hong Kong, Switzerland, France and the U.S., Paloma brings influences from different cultures, and is most drawn to farm fresh local artisanal foods, and environments that honor natural cycles and nature's beauty.
Her education includes a B.A. in Fine Art, Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and culinary studies at the Natural Gourmet Institute, NYC.
